Which Bubbletop had the dorsal fin applied for the first time - D-27, D-30, or D-40? All three are mentioned in various sources :?

according to Dean's America's Hundred Thousand the first with dorsal fin was D-27.

Warren Bodie's "P-47 Thunderbolt" says that P-47D-28-RA's had dorsal fins retrofitted in the field or depots, and if fins were installed in the factory it was late in the block.
