Pilot Fw. Moritz Kiermaier

I have not been able to trace this pilot, who fell on Juli 16. 1943.
He is not mentioned in My KG, JG books or in my other sources.
Maybe, and it is very likely, there is one of You out there, who knows more.
Thanks in advance
Christian

Re: Pilot Fw. Moritz Kiermaier

Hi

Fw. Kiermaier was a pilot from the 2.(H.)/14. He was killed in a curious accident. A part of the 2.(H)./14 war drived in an train/animal carriage in Italy. Kiermaier sleep in the carriage. Then he rolled to the door an his head was looked about the carriage. He was killed when his head chrashed on a mast.

Greetings, Christian
