Colour photo of Me 262 W.Nr. 500071?
Good evening,
http://airwingmedia.com/wp-content/u...06/me262-2.jpg Is this a picture of 500071 in its original colours? The pattern matches the black and white photos but it looks too good to be true. Jim

Yes, it is Mutke´s White 3. Just look at the front gear cover.
And it is depicted before being re-patriated in 1957 to Deutsches Museum München, where the camo was changed considerably. Interesting photo. You can recognize a Regensburg WNr 500XXX dark scheme brightened up by RLM 76 streaks. The streaks and dots are identical to those on the photos of WNr 500017 at Dübendorf a/f.
