Peter Spoden is still alive and in good spirits.

I spoke with him on the telephone last week, and he will indeed be 100 this coming November. One of the very last Nachtjager still with us!

Thank you for the info. I am happy he is still alive and in good spirits.
I find it remarkable he survived four cases of getting shot up and living up to such an age!

Very sad news...
I came across the following comment of Mr Spoden, from 2010. The last sentence is still very true, but he must have been one of the very last of warriors.
