Looking for Maj. WALTER SIEMENS

Hi all!
I am looking for any information regarding Maj. Walter Siemens (rank Major is related to the summer 1939). In 1939 he was probably assigned as Stab Offizier in Berlin.
I am interested if he survived the war, if not, what happened to him (date, location), what was his function and further/previous career.
I will be thankful for any kind of information.
