Ju 86 Crash Sep 40

Does anyone have a Ju 86 lost in an accident on or before 21 Sep 40?

1940-09-21, FFS C 6, Ju 86, 865042, DS+BX, Bei Henkenhagen, Absturz infolge Bedienungsfehler. Bruch 100 %.
Flugschüler Uffz Ürdingen, Herbert, +
Bordmechaniker Uffz Timmermann, Hans, +
1940-09-21, FFS C 12, Ju 86, 864018, KV+AG, 1 km südlich Fl.Pl. Prag-Rusin, Absturz um 20.45 Uhr infolge Bedienungsfehler. Bruch 80 %.
Flugschüler Fhr Schulte, Friedrich, verletzt

Thanks yet again Matti. I believe that the crash is the 2nd one as the back is signed by the pilot named Fritz.

Two photos of KV+AG was recently sold on ebay as item 130853746719, I guess this might be the reason for you asking. There are other photos of thisincident confirming the identity.

Ju 86 E-7 KV+AG “Absturz bei Schulflug” (one crew uninj, one light inj, one inj.; heavy damage) in DVL Flugunfälle Lfd.Nr. 171, October 1940 (incident seems recorded one month late in that file).

Crash of Ju 86 (qouting code KV+AG) was 21.09.40 in GQM Schulen losses.
(086/4018 originally was Ju 86 A-1 D-AZUH, built by Blohm & Voss Hamburg, known flying 26.07.1937)
