Hauptmann Wilfried Pufahl - 30 December 1944

Hauptmann Wilfried Pufahl (EP, 12 victories), Staffelkapitän of 7./EJG 1, was killed on 30 December 1944. According to the excellent Luftwaffe Officer Career Summaries by deZeng and Stankey this was due to the crash of a Si 204 D-1 near Strausberg due to engine failure. Are any other details known about this incident?
