Hello Leo,

Thank you very much for the precision, it could be the plane from III./JG 1 crashed near Fallersleben, situated not so far from Brunswick.

Do you have information about the pilot ? His name for example ?

in JFV 13/IV is listed:
30.05.44 7./JG 1 Uffz Horst Steinberg verwundet Luftkampf, Absturz bei Fallersleben, 70%
Bf 109 G-6 440932 weiße 15.
