Hello Scott!
The detail at the bottom is the still existing hamlet of Etrepois. At the time it was full of Luftwaffe barracks which have disappeared since except one. The other detail is probably related to landing radio guidance (I think one can see at least one Adcock/Peiler tower, but I am not sure). JV |

I think there a lot of flak batteries in that village. What surprises me is the lack of aircraft. They were supposedly nightfighters so maybe they only came out at night. Cheers Scott |
