151 Sqn 13 Jun 43

Does anyone have a combat report or transcript of the combat involving Fg Off L A D Boyle/Sgt H M Freisner and Plt Off J D Humphries/Plt Off H J Lumb and the Condor of 7./KG 40. There is no mention in the F540 and the combat report appears not to be in the 151 Sqn file

Chris,

Not much help but interestingly this combat is mentioned on the 151 Sqn. website without naming the crews involved! http://www.151squadron.org.uk/

Foreman does name the pilots in RAF Fighter Command Victory Claims and according to the London Gazette the pilots are:

Alistair Donald Boyle (128557) and James Donald Humphreys (138681).

Cheers,
Tom
