11-1-1944 Loss Me-109 Border Germany/Netherlands
Hi Guys,
On 11-1-1944 a Me-109 was lost after air battle and came down in the Rutenbrock-area[Germany] .This very nearby the border of Ter-Apel .Probably the Me-109 was hit by gunners of B24 42-52123 . Any of you guys can give more information of this Me-109 [unit etc]and it,s pilot . Sadly i don,t have the Prien book according 1944 stage. Thanks Harrie |

According to Reschke's JG 301/302 "Wilde Sau" history of these two fighter units, the pilot bailed out of the aircraft which should indicate a 100% loss.
