Hauptmann Franziskus von Plettenburg info wanted

There is a reference to Graf von Plettenberg in the (online) "Flugpost" magazine, nr. 24/1941, bd. 33, p. 467, mentioning his promotion from Oberstleutnant to Oberst in the Luftwaffe, effective 1 October 1941.
Unfortunately no first name added.

Thanks Junker, I did give the wrong date of birth, my bad. Thanks for the info. How can I find his military unit?
He was active on the eastfront (Bulgaria) and Afrika and turned up in my hometown Amstelveen near Schiphol airfield.
