Re: Ju 38 in Athens
The first prototype of the Junkers G 38 (D-2000) made visits to eleven European capital cities in 1930. It flew from Istanbul to Athens on 21 October 1930 for a sightseeing flight over Athens with the Greek Prime Minister Eleftherios Venizelos aboard and continued to Rome three days later.
