Heinkel 219 at Flensburg

Marc-André Haldimann put in his excellent Flickr Messerschmitt bf 109 ,two pictures at Flensburg with ''Schwarze 246''and behind this plane appear one Heinkel 219 with a half Black undercolour.I was surprised because I saw for the first time a He-219 at Flensburg. Somebody know something about this He-219 ,it was the only Uhu at Flensburg?.Maybe I dare too much but his Werknummer is known?

Re: Heinkel 219 at Flensburg

A single He 219 was photographed at Flensburg (in the North West remote dispersal area) at 0900 on 3 May 1945 by an RAF reconnaissance machine. (Source: National Archives AIR37/9)

Other sources have that Bf 109 at Eggebek or Westerland.

Re: Heinkel 219 at Flensburg

According to a summary of 8302. Wing, at least in Flensburg and Eggebek were no He 219 after VE day.

If this picture was taken in northern Germany, Husum (1x He 219 A, 2x Bf 109) and - as mentioned - Westerland (44 He 219, 1 Bf 109) would be an option.

Regards,

Heuser
