Hptm Hans Krause Do 335 Flight or Schnaufer Do 335 Flight
Good night to all.
As I promised a long time ago on another thread, I am enclosing now the original GERMAN text sent to me by Hptm Hans Krause of NJG 101 some 12 years earlier. I had it translated, but I DO GUESS my Brazilian born translator did not full understand the German text. PLEASE, could someone who speak or who is German himself help us on the text? I still did not understood IF Hans Krause flew himself the Dornier Do 335 or IF he is talking about Schaufer flight on the Dornier. Any additional information would be great ( or if someone could help translating the passage ). I do beg pardon for have taking so long to put this original text down here...problems with the computer as well as the work schedule. Do hope those like me who loves Aeronautical and Military History will like the text written by Hptm Krause. Yours friend and sincerely as ever Adriano Baumgartner - Brazil Last edited by Adriano Baumgartner; 21st August 2015 at 11:38. |

Re: Hptm Hans Krause Do 335 Flight or Schnaufer Do 335 Flight
Adriano,
According to the text Major Schnaufer first made a flight with the Do335 followed by the writer of the text. It was a single seat Do335.Both were surprised by the speed of the aircraft.... If you are interested in a complete translation of the text, please contact me via pm. Best regards Luc |
