Bundesarchiv copies

I notice the Bundesarchiv lists a number of assistants for making copies of their records. Not being a German speaker and having little change of visiting the archives anytime soon, can anybody recommend a reliable person to engage to make some copies of Micro films, or is it possible to order copies directly from the archives??
