RAF Biplanes shot down over the UK in WW2
I am just reading the late Eric 'Winkle' Browns book 'Wings on My Sleeve' in which he says that during 1940 (presumably during the BoB) that an RAF Hawker Hart based at RAF Netheravon was shot down by a Me 110. Firstly does anyone know the identity of the Hart and also were any other RAF biplanes lost in action over the UK during WW2 or it this a one of incident?
