Looking for index to 4-volume Smith & Creek Me 262 opus

Dear Fellow Luftwaffe Researchers,

While J. Richard Smith & Eddie J. Creek's 4-volume set on the Me 262 set the standard for books on this aircraft, it lacks a decent index. Has anyone out there taken the time to create an index for this book and would you be willing to share it?
