Hi ,

Who can help me with some info on 2nd Lt Kaufman Russellt -748670 from 362FG/379FS on 01/15/1945 in Belgium . The MACR was nr 11940.

Good afternoon Alain !

Russell Kaufman was shot up by flak at bout 12:55 hrs near Deiffelt, Luxemburg. His story of the incident inclusive a personal statement is written down in the book "Crash II - Abstürze und Notlandungen von alliierten und deutschen Flugzeugen in Luxemburg - 1939 - 1945" by John Derneden. (ISBN 2-87996-820-8, published by GREG 2004).

The book is in my possession and if you need more, please send me PM.
