Aero journal n°43 : I./JG301 during summer 1944.

Hi,

In the latest issue of Aéro-journal n°43

http://www.aero-journal.com/

there is an article on the Wilde Sau in France during summer 1944. Note the pages have been written by the very good author Jean-Bernard Frappé.

very nice and detailed article with more than a few 'new' photos as compared with the I./ JG 301 chapter in Frappé's 'Luftwaffe in Normandy' book. Has CJE persuaded Frappé out of retirement ? If so how did he do it ..and are there any more articles planned ?

According to a post by Chris on the Checksix Forum (in my dodgy translation):
I had the great pleasure of welcoming him in my home one evening last week. 35 years have passed since our last meeting … He's promised me more articles.
