Can you ID this Do 17 TQ+N _

Can anyone put a unit to these two Do 17s? The aircraft in the background has a crest underneath the cockpit. I can't find it in my reference. Any help would be appreciated. If you need a better scan let me know.

Chuck

To me, the emblem appears to be that of the Bordfunkerschule Halle/Saale.

I checked in Luftwaffe Emblems 1939-1945 and it does seem to be a possibility although it indicates Ju 52.

The insignia was applied to many different types. It is undoubtedly the Bordfunkerschule Halle/Saale insignia, at least on the background Do17.

OK, thanks. Looks correct to me. Late night or early morning in the UK? :-)

If you want to know the version - these are Do 17Ms (judging by the Lotfe). The full Stammkennzeichen could be TQ+NP or TQ+NQ.
