Flight Officer (which I believe was a WAAF rank)? Flt Lt or Fg Off methinks and before you ask, I cannot help definitely. Maybe PM Andy Bird?

I am not 100% sure Chris about his rank but at the time of the incident that I am researching he was a Flt. Sgt. and pilot of a Blenheim that shot down a HE111 from KG40 off the south coast of Ireland on March 21 , 1942 .
