Nestler, an UK airframer company in 1936

Hello Everyone,

Do you know this Nestler company based in UK and apparently specialized in A/C building (subcontractor)?
Apparently, this company should have been created in 1936 with a capital of 400 000 £ with the official agreement of the Air Ministry to sustain the massive three-year english A/C production program. This company should work closely with the engine maker Alvis.
I got this information from french archives which mention Nesler as potential company for bomber production in case of license agreement.

Thanking you in anticipation
Cheers

Jérôme
