Best books on floatplane aces (and recommended kits)?

What books are recommended reading about the floatplanes and floatplane aces of WW1 (and maybe also of WW2)?

This Osprey book looks like good intro: https://ospreypublishing.com/naval-a...ar-1-part-2-pb

Other suggestions?

I would be interested to build some famous WW1 floatplane like Hansa-Brandenburg 29 but my skills are still rather limited (not mastering well the rigging techniques). Any recommendable and fairly cheap WW1 floatplane kit for less experienced modeller to try?

Re: Best books on floatplane aces (and recommended kits)?

The book Japanese Naval Air Force Fighter Units and their Aces 1932-1945, by Ikuhiko Hata, Yasuho Izawa & Christopher Shores (Grub Street 2011) gives information concerning the floatplane fighter units of the IJNAF.
There is an older version of this work as well.
