Fenix78 is on a distinguished road
B-24 in Vis - 26.12.1944

26.12.1944 was raid over rafinery in Oświęcim in Poland.
In attack was 451,455,456,459 BG.


In short info in report 455th BG informed that three bombers not returns.
In report is also writing that one from this mission bombers is on the VIS island.


Does anybody of you know any details about this bomber???Numbers, name of pilot ??
