15th November 1940

On 25th November 1940, 1(F)/22 lost 2 Bf110's on a reconnaissance sortie to England. The crew of one was Lt. Heinz Venjakob (or Vejakob) (FF) and Uffz. Jonny Boschen (Bf). Boschen was killed and is buried at Cannock Chase. I have the pilot as missing, but in the book 'Battle of Britain the Forgotten Months, page 94, John Foreman says "Oblt. Heinz Vejakob baled out to be captured". Can anyone confirm if he was captured or missing?

15 November not 25 November. LCA says Venjakob and that he baled out but nothing about him being interrogated or captured

Thank you Leo. I have checked http://www.volksbund.de, but they have no record on him.
