Re: A huge work of translation to do !

Could "Kabelanbruch(?)" be "Fahrbeinbruch"? Not that I can read the first letter, but...

The "Kabelanbruch" or "Fahrbeinbruch" was an Nebeleinbruch ... simple: a sudden fog.

Re: A huge work of translation to do !

Just a note that "Überführung" can be translated to English as "ferrying" also. Hope that helps!

Re: A huge work of translation to do !

Yes, yes yes, this is the meaning in this context.
The question being - since he was ferrying a G-6 TO Vincenza" - there is no way to know from where he started, hence we don't know where he did crash it.
And there is nothing in losses list to ID it. No one WNr. does match with this partial Stkz.

Thank you all for your comments, much appreciated.
Regards,
Franck.
