Gefr. Hugo Broch's logbook

Has anyone seen Hugo Broch's logbook for the 21 March 1943? On Tony Woods list and in Prien's JFV 13/III it has his 3rd victory over a LaGG-3 as taking place at 12:00. I am wondering if the time might have been transcribed wrong and if it might be 10:00. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Gefr. Hugo Broch's logbook

Hi Michael,

The victory came on a mission between 11:25 and 12:35, so 12:00 would seem to be correct.

Cheers,
Andrew A.

Thank you Andrew, that makes it clear but doesn't bode well for a confirmation. Did it state who he was flying with during the mission? Also if he was on a Bf 109 or Fw 190?

Re: Gefr. Hugo Broch's logbook

Hi Michael,

He was flying a Bf 109 G marked '4', and my eyes may be deceiving me, but I think it says "mit Ademeit", which makes sense, given Ademeit claimed a victory at 12:03.

Cheers,
Andrew A.
