Yes Rémi

It is a very unusual Messerschmitt design. Was actually finalised by Halberstadt and it was given the designation CL.II
Joking aside, dear Brünhilde was used by Schlachtstaffel 27b and was a pet propaganda subject. Poor Thea behind was shot down on 27.8.1918 with the unit commander actually surviving the ordeal.

Cheers
Stig

Given by Dan O'Connell as "This jet of Stab I./JG 7 marked with a single black chevron, was captured by American forces near the Dutch border in 1945."

I'm a bit doubtful about that location, because of where American forces had reached in 1945 and where I./JG 7 was. I wonder if it was in fact Brandenburg-Briest?

P.S. that Bf 109 K-4, 9+ı, seems to have a partial Werk Nummer stencilled on the rear fuselage, ending in "…50".

Indeed, Nick. Given the late Mtt camouflage pattern, we can narrow down a bit the actual W.Nr. between the W.Nr. 332 x50 and 335 x50.

Cheers
Marc
