According to the wavy line on the fuselage, it could be a machine from the Ergänzungsgruppe ?

I agree with Gogh

Looks much more like the last digit is an 8 (and not a 3)
So Rolland, what was this blue 19? Any more details?

After darkening the picture a little with Photoshop, it's definitely an 8.

This may help:

ULTRA HW5/698; CX/MSS/R.532 (C)

Report dated 19th April 1945
10. Staffel; WNr 171188 engine shot up, field-repair-workshop.
ULTRA says report was within a file marked JG 2.

Blue 19 was found at Prien a/f beside Fw 190A-8 WNr. 170016 DU+JP and Bf 109G WNr 770194(184?). An Ar 196 of V./EJG 2 Blue 51 was found there, too.
Profile and description n Japo´s current "Messerschmidtt Bf 109s & other a/c of I./EKG(J).
But obviously 171188 was from 10./JG 2...
