Fieseler Storch losses in NW Brittany France

Would any Luftwaffe specialist may have in his records two such aircraft that may have crashed there.
The first one did a crashlanding east of Le Conquet, north east of Plougonvelin, 20 km west of Brest. One member of the crew of two was ligtly wounded. A witness thinks this happened a morning of March 1941.

The second was downed by a fighter that kept on firing on it until it crashed on the ground north of Crozon, 15 km south of Brest,. The witness’sbrother never forgot the two bodies he saw burning into the aircraft.
He says it was not a fighter, recently saw pictures of a Fieseler storch, and think it could be this type of aircraft

Thank you for your help.

Gildas

Re: Fieseler Storch losses in NW Brittany France

Hi again,
This new message to correct on thing. The second plane has now been identified as a Ju-34 shot down on 14 April 1943 (thanks to Phil Dufrasne for information)
Uffz Steffens Richard Wilhelm Josef (KIA)
Obgefr Szczepaniak Hans (KIA)
Uffz Mahlmann Ferdinand (KIA)

The plane at Le Conquet is still unknown

Hello Dan,
Sorry for this late answer. This plane was more like a observation plane.
Cheers

Re: Fieseler Storch losses in NW Brittany France

Gildas,

the only Storch losses during that time period happened:
23.02.41 near Amiens
08.03.41 near Creil
12.03.41 near Brionne
01.05.41 near Rouen

All locations are far away from Brest. Furthermore there is no Hs 126 (which could be mis-identified as a Storch) loss reported in the Brest area during spring 1941.
