I believe this is a captured Bloch 151 and printed in reverse.
What is interesting to me is the four-blade prop. At face value I cannot recall seeing any Bloch before using such a device.
Browsing through Serge Joanne's Bloch 152 book I found what I think is the same aircraft, page 433. The author makes no comment at all with regard to the prop.

How common was it?

iirc it were props uses to ferry them over from factory.

re 957 4 bladed props... from old ebay

I think they were used for ferry flights because of a shortae of standard 3 bladed props..... that info comes from old LEMB

yes i put it there. iirc the info came from a frens/english booklet
