Website help

Any website experts on here? I'm helping a friend out with a small business idea and we need something fairly simple and easy to set up that we can maybe add to at a later date if all goes well. Are these things http://www.1and1.co.uk/web-hosting worth a shot?

Any recommendations would be great,
