F/O. W.Walker 65 Squadron 1940

Hi, just updating my notes on 65 squadron in 1940 and noticed F/O.W.Walker claiming 3 victories plus 1 damaged, his last claims being made on 9th July 1940 !
He is not then listed as flying in the Battle of Britain with 65 or any other Squadron , he is not listed as a casualty on 9th July as far as I can see, but by the qualifying B o B date of the 10th July has vanished.
He is not shown in Chris Shores "Those Other Eagles" (along with quite a few others who should be in that book).
Any information on what happened to him ?

Hi,
This is Wilford Hugh Maitland-Walker.
He is recognised as having participated in the Battle of Britain with 65 Squadron.
Regards
Gerry

Hi Bruce,
Forgot to add that he changed his name from Walker to Maitland- Walker in 1956.
