RAAF Paterson Hughes claim list

Hi.
In Aces High there is an entry for Hughes in the usual descriptive format.
In Aces High II there is a short entry, including a "Correction to claims list".
Can anyone tell me which claims list this refers to? There certainly isn't one in Aces High.
Thanks
Peter

Merely correcting the serial number listed on 7 Sept. 40 from "V4009" to "X4009."

Thanks Tom, but where was it listed as V4009? Not in Aces High, so where?

Re: RAAF Paterson Hughes claim list

Aces High was originally published by Spearman in 1966. The entries are strictly textual, with no aircraft serial numbers. The book was completely revised and published in 1994 by Grub Street, as a second edition. This edition has victory lists in a tabular form, with aircraft serials. Aces High Volume 2 was published in 1999 by Grub Street, with corrections to the 1994 "Volume 1".

Enjoy!

Frank.

Re: RAAF Paterson Hughes claim list

Hello,

To answer your question:

You will find the claims listing for Paterson Clarence HUGHES, in Aces High/Shores & Williams/1994/342-3.

Col.

Thank you Frank. That explains it perfectly. I have the Spearman edition. Poop.
