Wellington Crash at Chivenor

Can anyone please provide any more details on this accident, especially the name of the pilot?

14 Feb 1945 Wellington XIV NB839 No.36 Sqn Chivenor
Bellylanded, Chivenor; SOC and relegated to GI airframe.
