Ferdinando D'Amico
Hi guys
That is terrible news as he was one of the foremost researchers of Italian aviation in World War II. We also lost Hal Marshman several days ago so it has been a difficult week. My thoughts and prayers go to these men and their families. Horrido! Leo |

Re: Ferdinando d'Amico
My deep condolences to his family.
We had an very, very intensive contact during his work on "Camouflage and Markings of ANR" or our time in the former Bf109 Lair - forum. It was an very good time. He is gone too soon... |

Re: Ferdinando d'Amico
What a terrible loss. He was a wonderful researcher and writer and, until recently, shared his knowledge.
He once gave me the unique honor of asking if I'd review one of his books. His last. When he withdrew from sharing his work, I thought that was a loss, but this is beyond... I shall forever cherish my autographed copy of his book.
