Have you had time to go through those dates flown by “106” - April to August ‘42?
Col’s suggestion that 106 was K3028 certainly sounds promising. If the SR Air Force was considered part of the RAF, I imagine Movement Records were not done the same way as “home grown” AM Form 78’s…..
I wonder if the ORB for Heliopolis would reveal any information!

Perhaps you missed my answer to your very nice private e-mail?
Yes I believe K3028 became 106 in South Rhodesia.
I also think Colin is very much correct and the '106' here is in fact this SRAS Hart.
It also sounds reasonable that it actually returned "back home" again after its service in Egypt.
Pity there is so little information about it with the Rhodesians....
