Were there any bases in the mid Atlantic states that used this aircraft to train pilots during WW2?

I am afraid your phrase 'mid Atlantic states' has confused some of the readers on this side of the water. I presume you mean East Coast, apart from Florida?

Anything in particular you can give us to get started?

Yup.... you are correct.

I'm looking for any NAS that had them for training in the area shown but others on the East Coast would be also of interest.
