Looking for KU reports August 44

Hello Friends,
researching a p38 crash nr. Brunico-Bruneck/San Lorenzo/ San Stefano/ Ricone-Reischach, Val Pusteria-Pustertal, South Tyrol, Northern Italy failed until now despite using high energy for a success. Checking a friend´s KU reports we had to learn, that August 1944 pages are missing on his CD, just these pages should contain our wanted p-38, nothing on/in all other KU reports we have.
Please can somebody provide us with the KU August 1944 reports, either English or German version on CD. Ca 60 images. Paying for CD and mailing costs is selfevident. Send a private mail to me or let me know your address for contacting you. We very hope that help can be found on this Forum as again and again.
You can look into KU reports August 1944 for the locationes mentioned above and inform me.
Many thanks in advance,
looking forward to your assistance.

Re: Looking for KU reports August 44

Can you give more informations about the exact date of the P-38 loss?
I think, it is not an KU-Nummer, must be an ME-Nummer.

Dear Hans,
this is the problem: we do not have the day or week or month, only summer 1944, probably!
Please tell me what is the difference between KU and ME. Could ME help? Meanwhile I checked KU list August 1944, no hit for our locations. Disappointment, we do not have more sources to investigate. Can you help?
Greetings
roland

Hi Peter,
you know our unsolved crash p-38.
As I asked Hans, where would I get the ME reports,
is there a chance to find a solution there. No hit for us in August 1944, I have checked now. Disappointing !!!!!!!!!!
Your suggestions??

Re: Looking for KU reports August 44

If the loss of the aircraft occurred over German territory, a German Kampf Flugzeuge USA (Battle Planes USA) document was prepared by the Luftwaffe concerning the location of the aircraft wreckage and fate of the crew.

I think ME reports were of those outside of German territory...

Yes, HANS,
I was jumping with joy after receiving this MACR 7995 etc one year ago. BUT this was/is the wrong location, it is "Borgo San Lorenzo" nr. Fierenze!!! No doubt. You can have the MACR pages.
Thank you for this hint.
