Re: eBAy: Captured german planes

Yes. I had contacted the seller but he told me that he can't read the last digit either. This is what he sent me:

Hence my question in post # 818

Sorry, my mistake Franck. I meant post # 1376. And I did see your post with the link. Thanks for that one.

Re: eBAy: Captured german planes

Hello Roger,

The Fw-190 of the Luftflotte 4 is a Fw-190 F-8 Yellow 11 from II SG10.

Best regards,
Lumabe

Re: eBAy: Captured german planes

Hello Lumabe,

thank you. Are there other photos known of this aircraft? I faintly remember another photo that shows more of the starboard side, but I couldn’t find it anymore.

Thanks.
Roger

Rudi,

The high resolution pics you've posted of that Me 262, "White 26," are stunning.

Yes, but unfortunately the last digit of the WNr isn't readable. It would be nice if it could be confirmed that this is indeed 110530.

Re: eBAy: Captured german planes

Hello Snautzer,
Post #1389 - Unless I am mistake, this is the often-photographed Hs 129 B-2 (WNr. 141407) St.Kz. PH+UQ, probably from Fliegerzielgeschwader 3, and found abandoned damaged at Frankfurt-Rebstock after 45/05/08.
Respectfully,
Steve Sheflin
