yes it's Baumbach without doubt. I believe this footage shows him at the ceremony for the award of the EK 1 in May 1940.

Glad it was of interest and it always impresses me how you chaps can pick out the individuals who are shown. Thanks for the information.

What would he have had to have done to qualify for the award, or what did he do?
