loss of Unteroffizier. michael moosbauer + 1942

Hi guys,

Can anyone please provide details over the loss of unteroffezier Michael Moosbauer who was killed on 2 november 1942 ?

1942-11-05, 1./KG 6, Ju 88A-14, 144140, 3E+DH, 10 km nordwestlich Chania (Pl.Qu. 23 Ost 4637), Absturz um 10.12 Uhr in See infolge Motorbrand. Bruch 100 %.
Flugzeugführer Uffz Klemm, Heinz, vermißt
Bordfunker Uffz Schimmer, Max, vermißt
1.Wart Uffz Sauer, Helmut, vermißt
Bordschütze Uffz Moosbauer, Michael, vermißt

Michael Moosbauer is buried at Maleme, Block 4, grave 847. The rest of the crew are still missing.

One more small detail, the W/O was called Max Schimmerl according to "Wir flogen gen Westen", the story of KG 6.

Bordschütze Uffz. Moosbauer, Michael initially buried at Kriegerfriedhof St. Johannes in Chania. No trace of the rest of the crew.
