Re: Relics Fw 190A

Are you sure it comes from a FW 190? It doesn't ring a bell...

Re: Relics Fw 190A

Hello,
ClinA-78: the parts found belong to a German hunter with a BMW 801 engine, which indicates a Fw190.
I think the 3 corresponds to an engine part but, like you, I cannot locate the 1 and 2!

Reiner: your photo specifies my idea and gives me its manufacturing number. Thank you.

Re: Relics Fw 190A

Hello,
For those who are interested, the 1 and 2 are located under the rear of the engine, at the junction of the fenders, above the front wheel hatches.
Greetings.
Joe.

Re: Relics Fw 190A

I am rather interested by the (hi)story of the loss itself. A little background info is always welcome.

Hello,

Fw190 fallen near Sainte Marguerite de l'Autel (Breteuil sur Iton- Eure). Pilot "probably" died drowned in a pond.
Cordially.
