Hello Chris,
in JFV 4/I page 101 (claims of I./JG 2) the first victory is not included. But in JFV 4/II page 439 is a correction/addition: 09.07.40 1./JG 2 Uffz Willi Reins Spitfire (1.) 20.30 südlich Portland B. Regards Leo

and we find this victory of Reins in the Mombeek 's JG2 "Richthofen" in the German version, "Am Himmel Frankreich" Vol 2.
