Phillips Fw190. Deelen, Hollande. 1943

Hi Guys,

I know you didn't wanted to point it .. But I do; it's my pleasure: History belongs to all that you want it or not !!

https://www.ebay.de/itm/Foto-Pilot-d...1SZmNNLpEvlwrc

and a second view of his machine (thanks Donald) say taken "at Schiphol". Same seller.

https://www.ebay.de/itm/Foto-Focke-W...InnqmG8rE97Dq8

As for the third picture in auction; most probably Stab II./JG26. I'm not sure though.

https://www.ebay.de/itm/Foto-Luftwaf...75.c100623.m-1

Enjoy them !

Regards,
Franck.

Frankly, 12,50 and 9,98 Euros respectively after one day? I thought it was vulgarly mean for such machine !!!

Indeed, both of them are terrific (wonderful) pictures. Prices thanks to your tips will surely rise quite a lot. Congratulations for the winner, since it gonna be near the 100+ Euros

I feel that there is a hint of sarcasm here, and I wonder why is that - some rich collector will snap these photos either way.

And to be sure, Franck's thread here is not the first on the subject - it was all over the internet within days since the photos had appeared on eBay.

Hi Sinisa (and Adriano)
I believe, too, "there is a hint of sarcasm" and I accept it as it comes. Doesn't matter.
I'm not afraid about that since I did start this thread with a hint of provocation.
...
Why I did do that? Very simple: Not that long time ago I've been insulted by a TOCH member explaining that posting these highly valuable photos was "stupid" (or more) because doing that I - personally - was pushing the prices too much high for the "true historians" payment capacity !
...
So, I thought, posting these links was quite an answer !
In other words completely ridiculous comment though since this machine (for example) is very well depicted in Mombeeck own collection and already published in the French review Avions N°224 and 225. (Note the profile completely missed the particular yellow wing tips).

The machine is published in Prien too (don't remember which JFV, I let you check) but Jochen did miss the fact it was Philipps' machine.

Take it like an eye blink and I'm sorry for the one who will have to spend a little bit more than expected. (I guess he is a friend of mine )

Regards,
Franck.
