Tomokazu Kasai (IJNAF)
Born on 8 March 1926, former IJNAF pilot 笠井 智一 (かさい ともかず), died of heart failure on the 9th of January. He served with 263rd, 301st and 343rd Kokutai from November 1943 to April 1945, flying Reisen and Shiden.
