Re: Spitfire V 52nd FG, 5th FS Tunisia
Looking at the casualties of the 52nd FG 5th FS, it seems that it happened on April 6. Two of the casualties were reported have crash landed: 04/06/43 - Lt. John A. Carey - Rtd. and 04/06/43 - Lt. John T. Nangle - Rtd. One of these is probably the Spitfire in question.
