Re: Any news on Vol. 2 of JG 300, by Lorant & Goyat?

Let's be a little patient, here. Does a few months really make any difference on a 60+ year old story?

According to Eagle Editions, the book is at their Asian printers and they hoped to avoid delays due to the Chinese New Year. This may have, indeed, delayed release dates.

Thank you for this John. You are right on! The book is at the printer now and the time table is out of our hands at the moment. Thing are delayed due to the Chinese new year but I understand from our last communication that they are working on our book.
Cheers,
Judy, Eagle Editions Ltd.

Hi John,

To answer your question, it certainly does. The French edition has been out for four years now. I could have been dead in the intervening years.

Anyhow, like a good little boy, I will await my turn.

Stephen

..well to be fair the French edition appeared in Dec 2005 ...but you're right, Jean-Yves held off authorising the release of the French edition for a long time prior to that..

..still, I can safely guarantee that it will have been worth the wait..

Visited Eagle Editions website and it looks like it has been pushed back to June. It's still worth the wait.

Amazon.com is now accepting pre-orders and they are listing a June 28 release date so not much longer.

Hi Neil;
On Friday we received advance copies of the book! On Monday we will send one to you, one to Jean-Yves and one to Richard. It is really beautiful! The bulk of the stock will be here any day after clearing customs!
Judy will be in touch with you the first of the week I'm sure!
Cheers, Jerry
