WNr confussion

Can someone help me clarify the Wnr of two He 115 lost within a month of each other. The first was lost 9/11/40 and carried the Wnr 3268, flown by Oblt. A. von Kielmonnsech. The second aircraft was lost 9/12/40 and carried the same Wnr. According to rafandluftwaffe.info/lists/luftwaffe1.html, the second aircraft's crew were all safe while Oblt. A. von Kielmonnsech and crew were all lost. I don't have stmkzn for either aircraft.

My question is how can the same aircraft be lost twice - once with all crew members killed, the second with all crew safe. Can someone give the correct WNr for the aircraft concerned and even their codes, if possible.

Similarly, for 23/2/1941 I have two different available WNr for S4+HL flown by Uffz Rittlewsky when lost off the east coast of Scotland. They are: 2774 and 3737.

Help!!

Thanks in advance

Adam

Re: WNr confussion

He 115C W.Nr. 3268 S4+IH lost 08.12.40 but could have been reported 09.12.40. I have no loss on 09.11.40.

He 115 S4+HL lost 23.02.41 was W.Nr. 2774. W.No. 3737 was never used on a He 115.

Re: WNr confusion

Yes, He115C (3268) S4+IH of 1./KuFlGr506 was lost night of 8/9 December 1940 mine-laying off the east coast of England. Pilot: Oberlt Siegfried RAPPICH, Observer: Oberlt zur See Alexander Graf von KIELMANNSEGG, W/Op: Obergefr Willi PICKUT. Ignore the November reference - a duplication error in Foreman.
